Before handing the bikes to the customers I wanted to ensure they were working correctly and the engine had a proper bedding in period. We took two bikes for a few road rides around the Lake District to get some miles on them before then carrying out the first oil and filter service.

Once the bikes are out of the crates and put together it is time to fuel up, connect the battery and run it up to temperature to make sure the fans kick in and the ECU can learn the mixtures and get the bike running smooth. After that its time for a ride!

Once the 5 bikes had arrived we needed to get them all out of the cardboard packaging and metal framing and then start putting them together and PDI.
